Dearest Readers,

If religion has always been a part of humanity will religion adapt to technology and be found evolving as a sub-culture on the net? For religion to fundementally work I believe you have to actually be a part of a physical community setting attending  church sermons. Maybe the way of the future encompasses religion services on the net evolving with the Castells new networked society. Many religious institutions have used new technologies to make their sermons more interactive such as overheads or videos and so on. Churches have also created websites to adapt to the changing times and appeasing their growing attendees/. Now when there is a time when so many churches have sprung up people are finding themselves shopping for the right church. This market has created churches to adapt to the changing technology or the new Information era in order to attract new comers and sustain old ones. Final thought: maybe the future of cyberspace will have its own god.. the god of cyberspace .. Hail ‘God of Google’.

Kindest Thoughts,

Barb E
